Customized, engraved, or specially made items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Once approved, ship the product back securely using a trackable service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
